Welcome to SoulfireBliss Coaching and Wellness! My name is Stephanie Larson and I’m a certified Life Coach through Lumia Coaching (formerly JRNI), a wellness company based in Los Angeles, California and founded by The Angry Therapist John Kim and CEO Noelle Cordeaux. I’m also a Reiki Master Teacher certified in the Usui System of Natural Healing and I’m currently studying sound healing utilizing both Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls.

Health and wellness have always been a prominent theme in my life, and through life coaching and Reiki, I’m able to connect with others and support them through their own wellness journeys.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to invest in themselves and their future. Period. No ifs, ands or buts. Coaching with me is one of those opportunities. Life can be hard, we’ve all been there, but I’ve put a solid amount of effort toward learning how to welcome change with an open heart. I offer a strengths-based approach rooted in Positive Psychology with a mix of empowerment and soul.

Coaching
